قواعد واضحة للحساب والمفاتيح والعوالم والمحتوى واستخدام الخدمة.
Terms of Service
Clear rules for accounts, keys, Worlds, content and use of the service.
1. قبول الشروط
باستخدام موقع فوليو آند كي أو حسابه أو أدوات التفعيل والبناء، فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط بالقدر الذي يسمح به القانون.
2. الحساب
المرسل هو صاحب الحساب الذي يدير العوالم التابعة له. أنت مسؤول عن حماية بيانات الدخول واستخدام حسابك استخدامًا مشروعًا. لا يحتاج المتلقي إلى حساب لفتح فصل مخصص له بعد التفعيل.
3. المفاتيح والعوالم والفصول
كل قطعة مادية تُفعّل وتُربط بعالم وفصل محدد. لا يعني شراء القطعة وحده ربطها بالحساب. يتم الربط بعد فتح العبوة واستعمال رمز التفعيل الخاص وفق مسار التفعيل. المفتاح الذي عُيّن لفصل يبقى مرتبطًا بذلك الفصل.
4. إغلاق الفصل
عند إغلاق الفصل يصبح المحتوى مخصصًا للعرض كما تم اعتماده. قد تتوفر إعادة فتح إدارية في حالات محددة، لكن إعادة الفتح لا تغيّر خريطة المفاتيح والفصول.
5. محتوى المستخدم
أنت تحتفظ بحقوقك في محتواك وتتحمل مسؤولية امتلاك الحقوق أو الأذونات اللازمة للنصوص والصور والمواد التي ترفعها. تمنح فوليو آند كي ترخيصًا تقنيًا محدودًا لاستضافة المحتوى ومعالجته وعرضه لتشغيل الخدمة.
6. الاستخدام المحظور
لا يجوز استخدام الخدمة لمحتوى غير قانوني، ينتهك حقوق الآخرين، يتضمن إساءة أو احتيالًا أو برمجيات ضارة، أو لمحاولة تجاوز أنظمة التفعيل والحماية أو الوصول إلى عوالم لا يحق لك إدارتها.
7. توافر الخدمة
نسعى إلى تشغيل الخدمة بصورة موثوقة، لكن قد تحدث صيانة أو أعطال أو تغييرات تقنية. لا نضمن أن تكون الخدمة متاحة دون انقطاع في كل وقت.
8. الملكية الفكرية لفوليو آند كي
العلامة والهوية البصرية وتصميم الموقع والبرمجيات والقوالب والأصول الأصلية لفوليو آند كي مملوكة لأصحابها ولا يمنح استخدام الخدمة حقًا في نسخها أو إعادة بيعها أو استخدامها خارج الغرض المسموح.
9. المسؤولية وحقوق المستهلك
إلى الحد الذي يسمح به القانون، لا تكون فوليو آند كي مسؤولة عن خسائر غير مباشرة أو ناتجة عن استخدام غير مصرح به أو مشاركة الروابط أو بيانات الدخول. لا تستبعد هذه الشروط أي حقوق أو ضمانات إلزامية لا يجوز استبعادها قانونًا.
10. التعليق أو الإنهاء
يمكن تقييد الحساب أو الخدمة عند وجود إساءة استخدام، خطر أمني، مخالفة قانونية أو انتهاك جوهري لهذه الشروط، مع مراعاة الحقوق الإلزامية للمستخدم.
11. القانون الحاكم
تُفسر هذه الشروط وفق القوانين المعمول بها في دولة الكويت، مع بقاء أي قواعد حماية مستهلك أو اختصاص إلزامية نافذة حيث تنطبق.
12. التغييرات
قد نحدّث الشروط عند تغير الخدمة أو المتطلبات القانونية. استمرار الاستخدام بعد سريان التحديث يخضع للنسخة المنشورة وقتها، وفق ما يسمح به القانون.
1. Acceptance
By using the Folio & Key website, account, activation tools or World builder, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
2. Accounts
The sender is the account holder who manages their Worlds. You are responsible for protecting your sign-in details and using your account lawfully. A recipient does not need an account to open an assigned chapter after activation.
3. Keys, Worlds and chapters
Each physical piece is activated and assigned to a specific World and chapter. Purchasing a piece alone does not attach it to an account. Attachment occurs after the sealed package is opened and the private Activation Code is redeemed through the activation flow. A key assigned to a chapter remains assigned to that chapter.
4. Chapter locking
When a chapter is locked, its content is intended to remain as approved for viewing. Administrative reopening may be available in limited cases, but reopening does not change the key-to-chapter mapping.
5. User content
You retain your rights in your content and are responsible for having the rights or permissions needed for text, photographs and other material you upload. You grant Folio & Key a limited technical licence to host, process and display the content for operation of the service.
6. Prohibited use
You must not use the service for unlawful content, infringement, abuse, fraud, malicious software, attempts to bypass activation or security controls, or access to Worlds you are not entitled to manage.
7. Service availability
We aim to operate the service reliably, but maintenance, outages and technical changes can occur. We do not promise uninterrupted availability at all times.
8. Folio & Key intellectual property
The Folio & Key brand, visual identity, website design, software, templates and original assets remain the property of their respective owners. Use of the service does not grant a right to copy, resell or exploit them outside the permitted purpose.
9. Liability and consumer rights
To the extent permitted by law, Folio & Key is not responsible for indirect loss resulting from unauthorised use, shared links or compromised sign-in details. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Suspension or termination
Access may be restricted where there is misuse, a security risk, unlawful activity or a material breach of these terms, subject to any mandatory rights that apply.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the State of Kuwait, while any mandatory consumer-protection or jurisdiction rules continue to apply where required.
12. Changes
We may update these terms when the service or legal requirements change. Continued use after an update is subject to the version then published, to the extent permitted by law.
