Privacy Policy
How Folio & Key handles account information, content, Worlds and key-related data.
1. ما البيانات التي نعالجها
قد نعالج بيانات الحساب مثل البريد الإلكتروني والاسم الظاهر، وبيانات العوالم والفصول مثل أسماء المرسل والمتلقي والعناوين والنصوص والرسائل والصور التي يرفعها المستخدم، إضافة إلى بيانات تشغيلية مرتبطة بالمفتاح والتفعيل وحالة الفصل والجلسات.
2. لماذا نستخدمها
نستخدم البيانات لتشغيل الحساب، ربط المفاتيح بالعوالم والفصول، حفظ المحتوى وعرضه، حماية الخدمة، تقديم الدعم، استكشاف الأخطاء ومنع إساءة الاستخدام.
3. محتوى المستخدم
تبقى حقوقك في النصوص والصور والمحتوى الذي تنشئه لك أو لأصحاب الحقوق الأصليين. تمنح فوليو آند كي الإذن التقني اللازم لاستضافة هذا المحتوى ومعالجته وعرضه فقط بقدر ما يلزم لتقديم الخدمة.
4. الجلسات وملفات الارتباط
نستخدم ملفات ارتباط ضرورية للحفاظ على جلسة الحساب والإدارة بشكل آمن. لا تعتمد النسخة الحالية على ملفات ارتباط إعلانية.
5. التخزين والأمان
نطبق ضوابط وصول، جلسات آمنة، تشفير HTTPS، نسخًا احتياطية وفحوص سلامة تشغيلية. ومع ذلك لا توجد خدمة رقمية يمكن ضمان حمايتها من جميع المخاطر بشكل مطلق.
6. المشاركة
لا نبيع بيانات المستخدمين. قد تتم معالجة البيانات بواسطة مزودي البنية التحتية اللازمين لتشغيل الموقع والاستضافة، أو عندما يفرض القانون ذلك، أو لحماية حقوق وأمن المستخدمين والخدمة.
7. الاحتفاظ والحذف
نحتفظ بالبيانات بقدر ما يلزم لتشغيل الحساب والعوالم، الوفاء بالالتزامات التشغيلية والقانونية، حل النزاعات والحفاظ على النسخ الاحتياطية وفق دورة الاحتفاظ المعتمدة. يمكن طلب حذف أو تصحيح البيانات عبر قناة الدعم المتاحة.
8. بيانات الآخرين التي تضيفها
إذا أضفت اسم متلقٍ أو صورًا أو رسائل تتعلق بشخص آخر، فأنت مسؤول عن امتلاك الحق أو الإذن المناسب لاستخدامها ضمن العالم الذي تنشئه.
9. التغييرات
قد نحدّث هذه السياسة مع تطور المنتج أو المتطلبات القانونية. يظهر تاريخ آخر تحديث في هذه الصفحة.
1. Information we process
We may process account data such as email address and display name; World and chapter data such as sender and recipient names, titles, text, messages and uploaded photographs; and operational data connected with keys, activation, chapter status and sessions.
2. Why we use it
We use information to operate accounts, assign keys to Worlds and chapters, store and display content, protect the service, provide support, troubleshoot problems and prevent misuse.
3. Your content
You or the original rights holders retain the rights in text, photographs and other content you create or upload. You grant Folio & Key the technical permission needed to host, process and display that content only to the extent required to provide the service.
4. Sessions and cookies
We use necessary cookies to maintain account and administrative sessions securely. The current service does not rely on advertising cookies.
5. Storage and security
We use access controls, secure sessions, HTTPS encryption, backups and operational integrity checks. No digital service, however, can promise protection from every possible risk.
6. Sharing
We do not sell user data. Information may be processed by infrastructure providers needed to operate the site and hosting, when required by law, or where necessary to protect users, the service or legal rights.
7. Retention and deletion
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to operate accounts and Worlds, meet operational and legal requirements, resolve disputes and maintain backups under the applicable retention cycle. Requests to correct or delete data can be made through the available support channel.
8. Information about other people
If you add a recipient's name, photographs or messages concerning another person, you are responsible for having the appropriate right or permission to use them in the World you create.
9. Changes
We may update this policy as the product or legal requirements evolve. The latest revision date appears on this page.
