ما هو فوليو آند كي؟
فوليو آند كي فاصل كتاب مادي يعمل كمفتاح لعالم رقمي خاص. المرسل يصنع العالم ويملؤه بالكلمات والصور والذكريات، ثم يقدّم المفتاح لمن يريد أن يكتشفه.
من يصنع العالم: المرسل أم المتلقي؟
المرسل هو من ينشئ العالم والفصل ويحدد محتواه. المتلقي لا يحتاج إلى إنشاء حساب أو إدارة العالم.
كيف أفعّل مفتاحًا جديدًا؟
ابدأ بلمس فاصل فوليو آند كي بهاتفك. بعد التعرف على القطعة، سجّل الدخول أو أنشئ حسابًا وأدخل رمز التفعيل الخاص الموجود داخل العبوة المغلقة.
ما هو رمز التفعيل؟
هو رمز خاص لمرة واحدة يثبت أن القطعة بين يديك. لا تضع فوليو آند كي رمز التفعيل داخل رابط NFC العام، ولا يحتاج العميل إلى إدخال الرقم التسلسلي أو World ID أو Chapter ID.
هل يحتاج المتلقي إلى حساب أو تطبيق؟
لا. بعد تفعيل المفتاح وربطه بفصل، يكفي أن يلمس المتلقي الفاصل بهاتفه ليفتح الفصل المخصص له. لا يحتاج إلى حساب فوليو آند كي أو تطبيق منفصل.
هل يمكنني إضافة فصل جديد إلى العالم نفسه؟
نعم. يمكن لمفتاح مادي جديد أن يضيف فصلًا جديدًا إلى عالم موجود. كل مفتاح يبقى مرتبطًا بفصله المحدد.
ماذا يحدث بعد إغلاق الفصل؟
الإغلاق يثبت محتوى الفصل كما صُمم. إذا كانت هناك حاجة حقيقية لإعادة فتحه، يمكن للدعم الإداري التعامل مع ذلك دون تغيير ربط المفاتيح بالفصول.
هل يمكن للمفتاح القديم أن يتحول إلى فصل جديد؟
لا. المفتاح الذي عُيّن لفصل معين يبقى يفتح ذلك الفصل. إضافة فصل جديد تتم بمفتاح جديد.
ماذا لو فقدت بطاقة رمز التفعيل قبل التفعيل؟
احتفظ بالبطاقة حتى اكتمال التفعيل. إذا فُقدت قبل استخدام الرمز، تواصل مع الدعم مع معلومات الطلب والقطعة حتى يمكن التحقق من الحالة وخيارات المساعدة.
هل تعمل كل الهواتف مع NFC؟
تحتاج تجربة اللمس إلى هاتف يدعم NFC ويكون NFC مفعّلًا عند الحاجة. قد يختلف موضع القراءة من هاتف لآخر. ويمكن لفوليو آند كي توفير مسار احتياطي داخل العبوة عند اعتماده للإصدار.
ماذا لو فقد المتلقي الفاصل بعد تفعيله؟
تواصل مع الدعم. لا تنشر رابط الفصل علنًا. يستطيع فريق فوليو آند كي تقييم حالة المفتاح وخيارات الاستبدال أو التعطيل عند الحاجة.
هل عوالم الكتّاب والناشرين متاحة الآن؟
ليست جزءًا من الإصدار الأول الحالي. ستأتي لاحقًا كمسار منفصل للكتّاب ودور النشر والإصدارات الخاصة.
What is Folio & Key?
Folio & Key is a physical bookmark that acts as the key to a private digital World. The sender creates the World, fills it with words, photographs and memories, then gives the key to the person who will discover it.
Who creates the World: the sender or the recipient?
The sender creates the World and chapter and decides what it contains. The recipient does not need to create an account or manage the World.
How do I activate a new key?
Start by tapping the Folio & Key bookmark with your phone. Once the piece is identified, sign in or create an account and enter the private Activation Code inside the sealed package.
What is the Activation Code?
It is a private, one-time code used to prove that you have the physical piece. Folio & Key does not place the Activation Code in the public NFC link, and you never need to enter a serial number, World ID or Chapter ID.
Does the recipient need an account or app?
No. After the key has been activated and assigned to a chapter, the recipient simply taps the bookmark to open that chapter. They do not need a Folio & Key account or a separate app.
Can I add another chapter to the same World?
Yes. A new physical key can add another chapter to an existing World. Every key remains assigned to its specific chapter.
What happens after I lock a chapter?
Locking preserves the chapter as it was created. If there is a genuine need to reopen it, administrative support can handle that without changing the key-to-chapter mapping.
Can an older key later point to a new chapter?
No. A key assigned to one chapter continues to open that chapter. A new chapter is added with a new key.
What if I lose the Activation Code card before activation?
Keep the card until activation is complete. If it is lost before the code is used, contact support with your order and product details so the status and available assistance can be verified.
Do all phones work with NFC?
The tap experience requires an NFC-capable phone, with NFC enabled where necessary. The reader position varies between phones. Folio & Key may also provide an in-package fallback route when adopted for the relevant edition.
What if the recipient loses the bookmark after activation?
Contact support and avoid sharing the chapter link publicly. Folio & Key can review the key status and available replacement or disabling options where appropriate.
Are Author & Publisher Worlds available now?
Not in the current first release. They are planned as a later, separate path for authors, publishing houses and special editions.
